Delivery and Returns

Refund procedure.

The customer, from the date of delivery of the work, has two weeks time to consider whether he wants to keep the purchased work. In case of cancellation of the purchase, the Customer is obliged to inform the ARTME Gallery via e-mail at or by phone. The ARTME gallery will indicate the address to which the work should be sent back.

Complaint procedure.

  1. Damage caused during transport.

If the by the delivery, the package or its content are damaged, customer is obliged to refuse and do not accept the delivery. I this situation customer should immediately contact us by e-mail with the ARTME Gallery at the address

In the case of hidden defects, the ARTME Gallery should be immediately informed via the e-mail address.

  1. Inconsistency of the subject with the order.

In the case of non-compliance of the item with the order, the customer has the right to lodge a complaint. This entitlement is due within 2 (two) weeks from the date of delivery of the goods, the ARTME Gallery should be informed about the compliance within 2 (two) days of its detection. In this case, the Customer should send back the artwork to the address provided by the ARTME Gallery.
