1. Fullfilment of the order.

1.1 Placing an order.

ARTME Gallery sells works of art via the Internet. Information about the offered artworks is available at

Orders from customers are accepted through the website, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

In order to place an order, the Customer is obliged to:

  • Choosing an artwork,
  • Select of the delivery method and write the delivery address and invoice address,
  • Choosing a payment method.

All prices of the available artworks are posted on the ARTME Gallery website:

  • The proces including VAT,
  • The price given for each piece of art is binding at the moment of placing an order by the Customer.

1.2 Delivery method.

The ordered artwork will be sent throught the ARTME Gallery via shipping company choosen by the Gallery.

1.3 Time of preparation of the order.

The date of preparation of the order from the time the order is completed is individual for each artwork. Customer will be informed via email or phone how long the preparation and delivery will take time.

1.4 Delivery time.

 Delivery time to European Countries takes from 3-7 working days.

2. The right to withdraw from the contract.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of purchase.

3. Refund procedure.

The customer, from the date of delivery of the work, has two weeks (14 days) time to consider whether he wants to keep the purchased work. In case of cancellation of the purchase, the Customer is obliged to inform the ARTME Gallery via e-mail at or by phone. The ARTME gallery will indicate the address to which the work should be sent back.

4. Complaint procedure.

4.1. Damage caused during transport.

If by the delivery, the package or its content are damaged, customer is obliged to refuse and do not accept the delivery. I this situation customer should immediately contact us by e-mail with the ARTME Gallery at the address

In the case of hidden defects, the ARTME Gallery should be immediately informed via the e-mail address.

4.2. Inconsistency of the subject with the order.

In the case of non-compliance of the item with the order, the customer has the right to lodge a complaint. This entitlement is due within 2 (two) weeks from the date of delivery of the goods, the ARTME Gallery should be informed about the compliance within 2 (two) days of its detection. In this case, the Customer should send back the artwork to the address provided by the ARTME Gallery.

5. Privacy Policy.

The ARTME Gallery is the Administrator of the Customer Personal Data.

When the customer decides to purchase the artwork, all they have to do is click on “Place an order” and then the available payment methods will appear on the screen:
